Terms of use

By using My Digital Bouquet, you agree to use the maker and its sharing links lawfully, respectfully, and without attempting to harm the service or other people.

The service

My Digital Bouquet provides a free browser-based tool for arranging original flower illustrations, writing a short card, and creating an unlisted recipient link. The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end without notice.

Your card content

You retain responsibility for the names and message you enter. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content through the bouquet link. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or sensitive personal content.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass rate limits or verification, automate bulk creation, probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization, enumerate bouquet links, impersonate another person, distribute malware, or use the service for spam.

Artwork and software

The flower illustrations, interface, branding, and service code remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. A generated bouquet link is for personal sharing; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

Moderation and removal

We may disable or remove any bouquet that violates these terms, creates risk, or is subject to a valid legal or abuse request. Missing, disabled, and malformed links use the same generic unavailable page.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
